This luxury vacation villa is situated in a 7,000 sq. meter olive grove with 150 trees, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Pagasitikos Bay. Ideally positioned between the villages of Lefokastro and Kalamos, this is the nature enthusiast's dream. Ancient pathways connecting the area villages can be reached from the property. It is approximately a 15 - 30 minute hike each direction to reach the villages, or 10 minutes by car. These smaller villages offer gorgeous, secluded swimming beaches with basic restaurant facilities in season. The larger, full service village of Argalasti is 10 minutes by car. Here you will find shops, petrol stations, health services and a lovely central square with tavernas and a weekly farmer's market. Reachable by car on a very scenic coastal road, the popular vacation village of Affisos is only 15 minutes away. This uncommonly large, family villa is perfect for large families or for couples traveling together. It is also suitable for small organized groups; schools, hikers, hunters, bird watchers, nature lovers, photographers, etc. You will find four bedrooms which are all part of the main house. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have a connecting double bathroom and each room has its own door leading to an outside terrace. The third downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite. Even at ground level, these rooms have truly stunning views. Our villa is built on three floors with two flights of marble stairs. Although it can not be considered handicapped accessible, one bedroom is located on the main floor for limited stair climbing necessity. There is also a full bathroom on the main level. The villa has beds and linens to accommodate up to 10 people. We have two living areas--one on the main floor with a fireplace and another with spectacular views and a huge adjoining balcony on the third floor. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped.
